Terms of Sale for Pixiplay — order, payment, cancellation and refund terms.

1. Seller
These Terms of Sale are concluded between:
Pixicode / Pixiplay

(hereinafter “Pixiplay” or “the Seller”)
And any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the Pixiplay website or application (hereinafter “the Customer”).
2. Scope
These Terms govern sales of game server hosting services (Minecraft, Hytale and others) offered by Pixiplay.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (VAT included) in euros (€). Pixiplay reserves the right to modify prices at any time; prices applied are those in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order
Orders are placed via the client area at app.pixiplay.io. The Customer selects their plan, enters payment details, and confirms the order. An order confirmation is sent by email.
5. Payment
Payment is made by credit card via Stripe, a secure payment provider. Card details are not stored by Pixiplay.
Payment is charged immediately on order, then automatically at each renewal period (monthly or yearly).
6. Deployment and execution
The service is deployed automatically within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. As the service is executed immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services already provided.
7. Cancellation
The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time from the client area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refund is made unless the failure is attributable to Pixiplay.
8. Seller obligations
Pixiplay commits to:
- Providing the service in accordance with the features described at the time of ordering.
- Maintaining 99.9% uptime on its infrastructure.
- Ensuring the security of payment data via Stripe.
9. Warranties and liability
Pixiplay is not responsible for content hosted by the Customer. In the event of technical failure, Pixiplay commits to restoring service as quickly as possible.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
