Can I change the Minecraft version (Java Edition)?
Yes, version changes take a few clicks from the panel. Your world files are preserved. All Java Edition versions are supported.
How many players can I host?
Each plan sets a player slot limit: 12 (WOOD), 30 (STONE), 60 (IRON), unlimited — recommended 100 simultaneous — (DIAMOND).
Can I install my own plugins or mods?
Yes, via the integrated file manager or the Modrinth plugin manager. WOOD is limited to 10 plugins. Stone, Iron and Diamond are unlimited.
Is my server always online?
Yes, all Pixiplay servers run continuously with a 99.9% uptime guarantee.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, plan changes are possible from the client area at any time, without data loss.
Can I host a BungeeCord network?
Yes, on the Diamond plan. Both BungeeCord and Velocity are supported.
