Terms of Use (ToU) for Pixiplay — game server hosting.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Pixiplay control panel, client area and related hosting services offered by Pixicode (hereinafter “Pixiplay”).

By using our services, you fully accept these Terms of Use.

2. Access to services

Access to Pixiplay services requires creating a personal account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

Pixiplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for non-compliance with these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pixiplay servers to:

  • Distribute, store or share illegal, offensive, or unauthorised copyrighted content.
  • Conduct cyberattacks (DDoS, port scanning, vulnerability exploitation) against third parties.
  • Host botnets, malware or malicious software.
  • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Engage in any activity contrary to applicable French and European law.

4. Service availability

Pixiplay commits to maintaining 99.9% uptime on its infrastructure. Planned maintenance may cause brief interruptions, with advance notice provided wherever possible.

5. Personal data

Pixiplay collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data, exercisable through your client area or at contact@pixiplay.io.

6. Intellectual property

The Pixiplay panel, the “Pixiplay” brand, and all site elements are the exclusive property of Pixicode. Any reproduction, modification or commercial use without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

Pixiplay shall not be held liable for:

  • Content hosted by users on their servers.
  • Service interruptions resulting from external events (network attacks, incidents at OVH).
  • Data loss not covered by a backup.

8. Amendments

Pixiplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, subject to a prior attempt at amicable resolution.
